01Who we are

SWEPS INC operates the Sweps Studio website (the “Site”). This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit the Site, send an enquiry, or correspond with us about a project. It does not cover the separate websites linked in our portfolio.

02Information we handle

• Information you provide. Our contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. Your message may also include your company name, project details, budget, or timeline. We receive the information you choose to send by email, too.
• Correspondence. We may keep our replies and follow-up conversations so we can respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential project.
• Technical information. Hosting and form-delivery providers may process your IP address, browser and device information, request times, requested pages, and referring page when delivering or protecting their services.

Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, government identification, or other sensitive information through the contact form.

03How we use information

We use information to respond to you, understand your requirements, prepare proposals, manage a resulting engagement, operate and protect the Site, prevent spam or misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, our legitimate interests in communication and site security, applicable legal obligations, or consent where required. You can withdraw consent for consent-based processing by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

04Service providers and disclosures

We use providers to operate the Site and handle enquiries:

• FormSubmit. When you submit the contact form, its contents are sent to FormSubmit and forwarded to our email inbox. FormSubmit processes the submission to deliver and protect this service. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy.
• Cloudflare and email services. Cloudflare hosts the Site and its images. Our hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver the Site, store correspondence, and maintain their services.
• Fonts and security checks. Typography is hosted with the Site, so loading the font does not send a request to Google Fonts. If FormSubmit displays a Google reCAPTCHA security check, Google may process information for that check. See Google’s privacy policy.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, investigate misuse, or respond to a lawful request. We do not sell information collected through the Site or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

05Cookies and tracking

The Site does not include analytics or advertising trackers. Our own page code does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Hosting and form-security providers may use cookies or similar technologies for service operation, access controls, or abuse prevention.

The Site does not change its operation in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers on these pages. You can manage cookies through your browser, although blocking necessary cookies may affect provider features. You can email us directly instead of using the form.

Links to X and portfolio websites are ordinary links, rather than embedded social feeds. If you follow one, that website’s own privacy practices apply.

06Retention and security

We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond, manage an engagement, and meet legitimate recordkeeping or legal requirements. The period depends on the purpose and nature of the information and any continuing relationship or obligation. You can ask us to delete information that is no longer needed.

The published Site uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. No website, email system, or storage method can guarantee complete security. Information held by service providers is also subject to their own retention and security practices.

07International processing

SWEPS INC is based in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries, where privacy rules may differ from those where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, those requirements apply to that processing. Contact us for information about a transfer relevant to your enquiry.

08Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

To make a request, email contact@sweps.fun with the subject “Privacy request” and explain what you would like us to do. We may need to verify your identity using proportionate information and will respond as required by applicable law. Some requests may be limited by legal obligations or other lawful exceptions. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

09Children

The Site is intended for people seeking professional design services, not for children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.

10Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our Site or practices change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date at the top. Where required, we will provide additional notice or seek consent before applying a material change to information already collected.
